Because almost every piece is created or sized for you, please read this before ordering.

Ready-to-Ship items

Returnable within 15 days of delivery for a refund, provided they're unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with any tags intact. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go back to your original payment method after inspection.

Made-to-Order items

Made-to-Order items are final sale. Because each one is cut to your chosen US ring size and specifications, it can't be returned or refunded. Please use our ring size guide and reach out with any questions before you order. We're glad to help you get it right the first time.

Quality issues, always covered

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us right away and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. This applies to both Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Ship pieces.

Resizing

Ready-to-Ship rings may be resizable; one-of-a-kind and full-pavé styles are limited, and resizing a Ready-to-Ship ring makes it non-returnable. Made-to-Order rings are built to your size from the start, so no resizing is needed.

Warranty

We stand behind the workmanship of every piece against manufacturing defects (see Quality issues above). We do not offer a lifetime warranty.
