Returns
- In-stock items: 15-day returns (original condition, original packaging, fit for resale); 15% restocking fee, return shipping paid by you.
- Made-to-order pieces are final sale (custom-made to your order).
Cancellation
- In-stock orders can be cancelled before they ship.
- Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled for free before design approval.
- Once production starts, a 15–30% cancellation fee applies.
How returns work
Ready-to-Ship items can be returned within the window shown above, as long as they come back unworn and in original condition. Contact us first so we can approve the return and send instructions. Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund goes to the original payment method, with the restocking fee and return shipping shown above deducted.
Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order pieces are final sale. Each one is cut to your chosen US ring size and specifications, so it can't be resold as-is. If you're unsure about sizing or any detail, message us before you order and we'll help you get it right the first time. New to ring sizing? See our .
Cancelling an order
A Ready-to-Ship order can be cancelled any time before it ships, for a full refund. For a made-to-order piece, cancellation is free up until your CAD (the 3D design proof) is finalized, since nothing has been produced yet. After you approve the design or production has started, the cancellation fee shown above applies, covering the design time and materials already committed.
If something's wrong with your piece
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us right away. We'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you. This covers every order, Ready-to-Ship and made-to-order alike.
Resizing
Some Ready-to-Ship rings can be resized depending on the style. Made-to-order rings are built to your size from the start, so resizing isn't needed. If sizing is a concern, ask us about a specific piece before ordering.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship and cover manufacturing defects. We don't offer a lifetime warranty.
