Returns & Exchanges

Because almost every piece is created or sized for you, please read this before ordering.

Shipping

  • Free shipping: insured & tracked via DHL.
  • Made-to-order pieces ship in 7–14 business days after your order.
  • In-stock pieces ship in 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Complex designs may take 2–4 weeks.

Returns

  • In-stock and made-to-order items: 15-day returns (original condition, original packaging, fit for resale); return shipping paid by you.

Cancellation

  • In-stock orders can be cancelled before they ship.
  • Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled for free any time before dispatch.

How returns work
Any piece, in stock or made to order, can be returned within the window shown above, as long as it comes back unworn and in original condition. Contact us first so we can approve the return and send instructions. Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund goes to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee; return shipping is paid by you.

Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order pieces can be returned within 15 days, on the same terms as in-stock items: unworn, in original condition and packaging. If you're unsure about sizing or any detail, message us before you order and we'll help you get it right the first time. New to ring sizing? See our ring size guide.

Engraved rings
Engraving is permanent, so a ring engraved with your text cannot be returned or refunded. Please double-check the spelling and wording before you confirm it.
If the engraving is our error, or does not match what you approved, we will correct or replace the ring at no cost to you.

Cancelling an order
A Ready-to-Ship order can be cancelled any time before it ships, for a full refund. A made-to-order piece can be cancelled free of charge at any point before it is dispatched, even after production has started. Cancelling is always faster and simpler than returning, so if you change your mind while your ring is being made, just tell us.

If something's wrong with your piece
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us right away. We'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you. This covers every order, Ready-to-Ship and made-to-order alike.

Resizing
Some Ready-to-Ship rings can be resized depending on the style. Made-to-order rings are built to your size from the start, so resizing isn't needed. If sizing is a concern, ask us about a specific piece before ordering.

Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship and cover manufacturing defects. We don't offer a lifetime warranty.
