Products & descriptions

We work to describe each piece accurately: the 4Cs, metal, and measurements. Our diamonds are lab grown; center stones 1 carat and above come with an IGI report, included with your order. Screen colors and lighting can vary, so a stone may look slightly different on your device than in person. Fancy-color stones especially are best judged from the actual photos and video we can share before shipping.

Prices & payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Any "compare-at" or list price shown reflects a comparable market or list reference, not necessarily a price previously charged on this site. Orders are charged in full at checkout through our third-party payment provider. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors or stock issues) and will refund any amount charged.

Made-to-order & returns

Most pieces are made to order in your chosen size and specifications.

  • Made-to-Order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, because each is created for you.
  • Ready-to-Ship items may be returned within 15 days of delivery (unworn, original condition); a 15% restocking fee applies and return shipping is paid by you.
  • Manufacturing defects are covered for repair, replacement, or refund on any item.
  • We do not offer a lifetime warranty.

Shipping & risk

Shipping terms and timeframes are described on Shipping & Returns. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Caraluxa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
