The name says the idea
Caraluxa puts carat and luxe together: the brilliance of a real diamond, made to be something ordinary people can actually own. Not luxury as a velvet-rope experience, but a beautiful, genuine diamond at a price that makes sense.
A new brand, and direct
We're new, and we sell direct. Caraluxa doesn't carry decades of markup or a chain of showrooms. We started from scratch so the diamond, not the overhead, sits at the center. We'd rather earn your trust with substance than with a heritage story we don't have.
What we sell
Every diamond we sell is a real lab grown diamond, graded on the 4Cs, typically E to F color and VS clarity (fancy colors are graded on the intensity of their color). It is the same carbon crystal as a mined diamond, chemically and optically identical. We lean into stones that are hard to find elsewhere: large carat weights, vintage cuts like old mine and old European, and saturated fancy colors in pink, blue, and yellow. The kind of piece that feels like a discovery rather than a default.
How we earn your trust
Buying a ring online from a brand you've just met is a real leap. Here is exactly how we try to make it safe:
- You see your actual ring before it ships. We send you photos and a video of the finished piece, the real stone in the real setting, not a stock image. If it isn't right, we sort it out before it leaves us.
- Independent certification you can check yourself. Center stones 1 carat and above come with an IGI report, included with your order and verifiable on IGI's own website. The report documents the 4Cs, so you're not taking our word for the grade.
- Secure checkout and insured delivery. Checkout is secure, and shipping is free, fully insured, and tracked by DHL, so the package is covered from our hands to yours.
- Clear, honest policies. Our shipping and returns terms are written plainly, including the parts that limit returns, so there are no surprises after you order.
- Honest copy, even the unflattering parts. We list the exact 4Cs and we tell you what lab grown does and doesn't do, including that lab grown diamonds hold little resale value. We'd rather you buy with eyes open.
Made for you
Most of our pieces are made to order in your chosen US size and ship in about two to three weeks. A smaller ready-to-ship selection is on hand for when timing matters. Whichever you choose, what arrives is meant to be exactly what you saw in the photos we sent.
