- Made-to-order pieces ship in 7–14 business days after your order.
- In-stock pieces ship in 1–2 business days.
- Delivery takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
- Complex designs may take 2–4 weeks.
- Peak season and holidays may add to delivery time.
Returns
- In-stock items: 15-day returns (original condition, original packaging, fit for resale); 15% restocking fee, return shipping paid by you.
- Made-to-order pieces are final sale (custom-made to your order).
Cancellation
- In-stock orders can be cancelled before they ship.
- Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled for free before design approval.
- Once production starts, a 15–30% cancellation fee applies.
How long it takes
Timing depends on the piece. Most of our collection is made to order, crafted to your size after you place the order, so it needs production time before it ships. Ready-to-Ship pieces are already made and just need a short processing window. The exact timeframes are shown above.
Tracking
Every order ships with DHL, insured and tracked. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your piece is on its way.
International orders
We ship internationally via DHL. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility; DHL collects them before delivery.
