Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order, fully insured and with tracking. We ship via DHL, and orders over $500 require a signature on delivery for security.

When your order ships

It depends on the piece:

• Made-to-Order rings (most of our collection) are crafted to your size after you order. Most are ready in 7–14 days; more complex designs take 2–4 weeks, then shipping.
• Ready-to-Ship pieces are already made and are processed in 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, DHL delivery typically takes 2–7 days to most destinations. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

International orders

Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are collected by DHL before delivery.
