Before you order

A few things we're especially glad to help with:

• Ring size: see the ring size guide, or send us a measurement and we'll confirm.
• Made-to-order timing: most rings are ready in 7–14 days (up to 2–4 weeks for complex designs); ask if you have a deadline (a proposal, an anniversary).
• A specific stone: want more photos or detail on a particular piece before you buy? Just ask.

For made-to-order and higher-value pieces, we'll send photos (and video on request) of your actual ring before it leaves us. Just message us on WhatsApp and we'll share them. You see exactly what's coming before it ships.
