Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Made-to-order and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns to cover craftsmanship and labor.

Cancellation: Ready-to-ship orders can be canceled before shipment. For made-to-order pieces, cancellations are free before CAD is completed. A 15%–30% fee will apply once design or production has begun.
